Chesley Health & Wellness Center

Chesley Health & Wellness Center provides culturally sensitive primary care services, education on healthy lifestyles, disease and injury prevention, management of chronic illness and supports public health initiatives.

Illinois College students are seen free of charge by licensed clinicians and all records are confidential as required by law. Medications prescribed by the Nurse Practitioner or testing that is sent to the hospital lab are sent to insurance by Memorial Health or the local pharmacy. 

Services:

  • Acute physical illness evaluation/treatment 
  • Reproductive health care (including STI testing/treatment)
  • Chronic illness management
  • Physical exams
  • Selected immunizations
  • Blood draws (those ordered by Chesley Nurse Practitioner)
  • Allergy injections
  • Prescription and over the counter medications (OTC)
  • Medication station available for quick OTC medications

Office Hours

  • Office hours (including Medication Station) are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for medical appointments.
  • Nurse Practitioner clinic hours are Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
