Student Accounts

Illinois College offers students and families the opportunity to pay their semester bill monthly.

For a $50 administrative fee, you can divide your semester bill into four or five month increments through the Payment Portal at ic.afford.com. All students and families automatically qualify - there is not an approval process.

To create a monthly payment plan, the payer(s) need to log into ic.afford.com and navigate to the Payment Plan tab.  There can be multiple payers on a student's account.

Click the term for the payment plan:

You indicate the amount you wish your payment plan to be.  Enter the dollar amount in the box.  If you then click on "view details" you will see what your monthly payment will be.

Enter the payer's information, agree to the terms and conditions, and click "next".  For step 2, you are selecting your payment method. To avoid the 2.99% convenience fee, you can enroll in automatic electronic bank transfers.

Once your enrollment fee has been paid, you are officially enrolled in the payment plan.

Monthly payments must be made on time for a student's account to remain in good standing and to avoid late fees.
