Tuition Refund Policy for On Campus Students

Refunds of tuition are made upon the following basis if withdrawal has been approved by the Dean of the College and the Vice President for Business Affairs:

On or before the first day of class

100% refund

Weeks 1 and 2

75% refund

Weeks 3 and 4

50% refund

Weeks 5 and 6

25% refund

After week 6

No refund

Housing will be pro-rated based on the official date of withdrawal. Room rent and fees are non-refundable. Federal financial aid will be calculated based on the US Department of Education regulations. Institutional financial aid will be pro-rated in conjunction with tuition. The refunds will be mailed to the billing address.

Adjustments to charges for students reducing hours are made only if the change occurs during the first two weeks of the semester. You may be responsible for full meals and housing costs.

Tuition Refund Policy for Distance Education Students

Students intending to withdraw from the College must report their intent to withdraw to their Online Advisor and the Office of Academic Affairs. Students withdrawing from the College prior to the sixth day of classes will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees. Students who withdraw after the fifth date of classes will receive no refund of tuition and fees costs.

Federal financial aid will be calculated based on the U.S. Department of Education regulations. Refunds will be mailed to the billing address or direct deposit.
