Your financial aid award includes federal student loans, which must be repaid. Tell us if you want to accept, reduce, or decline these loans by completing the document(s) listed as "missing" on your financial aid award letter.
Accepting, reducing, or declining your student loans
All students who have been offered federal students loans need to submit an acceptance form to the Office of Student Financial Services letting us know what your decision regarding your student loans is; whether you decide to accept all of your loans, reduce some of your loans, or decline some or all of your loans. Illinois College uses an electronic acceptance form.
Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note
All first time borrowers are required to complete entrance counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN) to accept their loans with the U.S. Department of Education.
