Illinois College alumna Jaclynn Shoufler '00 wins Illinois Principals Association award

The Illinois Principals Association has announced Jaclynn (Jacie) Shoufler, principal of Riverton Elementary School, as the recipient of the 2025 Herman Graves Award.

The announcement was made at the association’s annual conference on Oct. 20, 2025, in Peoria.

The Herman Graves Award, sponsored by Horace Mann Companies, was established in 1991 to recognize outstanding service to the Illinois Principals Association (IPA). The award honors the legacy of Herman Graves, the first honoree, for his significant contributions to the association and his passion for the profession.
