What do you enjoy most about working with students?

"What I enjoy most about working with students is seeing their growth throughout their college experience. I enjoy getting to know students individually, learning about their goals and interests, and helping them connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world opportunities. It is especially rewarding to see students gain confidence, develop professionally, and begin to recognize the possibilities available to them after graduation."
