Memorial Gymnasium keepsake bricks available

Show your Illinois College pride with a keepsake brick from Memorial Gymnasium!

Each commemorative brick includes an engraved plaque and makes a great gift for display at home or in the office.

Memorial Gymnasium was constructed in 1951 and named in honor of the IC men and women who participated in wars of the United States from 1829-1947. It has served as the site for many notable moments in Illinois College history, including Commencements, the College’s first sports competitions for women in the 1970s and many record-setting games spanning the decades. 

With deconstruction of the gym scheduled to begin June 1, orders will only be accepted for a limited time. Preserve your memories of Memorial Gym by ordering your brick before May 31, 2018

Cost: $125, includes shipping
All proceeds will support Illinois College Athletics.
