The reading endorsement online program from Illinois College is designed to strengthen your teaching skills and help you stand out among your professional peers. The program requires the completion of 18 semester hours. Additionally, the Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS) Reading Teacher Test (#177) must be passed in order to earn the Reading Teacher Endorsement through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
