Multicultural Student Mentorship Program (MSM)
Each Fall, ODIB hosts a new student orientation for first-year students from historically underrepresented and/or marginalized communities. The orientation offers guidance to students as they make two major transitions: (1) Moving from their respective high schools and communities to an academically demanding residential community, (2) and for many, moving from their previous home communities to a new and comparatively smaller rural town.
