The Illinois College Student Activities Board (SAB) plans events and activities that strive to fulfill the educational, social, and entertainment needs of the IC community. SAB sponsors comedians, bands, community service projects, trips, lectures, dances and many other activities during the year.
There are five student-run committees:

- Impact
- Special Events
- Travel
