The mission of Illinois College is to develop in its students qualities of mind and character which are needed for fulfilling lives of leadership and service. To assist Illinois College students in tracking and celebrating their experiences in leadership and service while at Illinois College, the College is implementing the Illinois College Leadership and Service Record. This especially designed Record may be used to complement your resumé as you pursue scholarships, internships, graduate school or employment after graduation. Directions for completing your personalized Leadership and Service Record are listed below.
If you have completed service work while at Illinois College this year and have not yet reported those hours to the Coordinator for Community Engagement and Service, plesase visit the
service tracking webpage to access the tracking form. You can also learn more about upcoming service opportunities on the

The College tracks some of the activities and organizations in which students participate. If you need a copy of this activity sheet before you finish the form below, please email Susie Drake at sdrake@ic.edu to receive a copy. The College’s report of your activities will be emailed to you to assist you in completing the information needed in the form below.
To request and complete your Illinois College Leadership and Service Record, enter your personalized information and click the submit button when finished. You will be notified by email when your Leadership and Service Record is formally created and printed. The finished Record will be available for you in the Career Services Office.
