True Blue Radio to feature student writers live and online
Illinois College True Blue Radio will feature an hour of fiction, poetry and music from student readers on Monday, November 14, at 5 p.m.

Listen to student writers from English 307: Advanced Fiction Workshop and recent winners of the Sigma Tau Delta Poetry Slam live and online at www.live365.com/stations/trueblueradio. First-time listeners will need to scroll down on the web page and click on "Listen Settings" to begin streaming.

The students participating in the live reading include seniors Kathleen Fox and Stacy Jo Price; juniors Ryan Blesse, Jami-Di Gearhart, Kaleb Kirk and Andrea Klinedinst; and sophomores Matt Justice and Geeleeyaw Moore.

Students will read excerpts of their work during the hour-long broadcast with True Blue Radio Station manager junior Julian Nelms hosting the program.

“This is a great opportunity for students to present their work in a professional way,” Claridge Writer-in-Residence Matthew Pitt says. “True Blue Radio is such a great resource for the campus community.”
