Chesley Health and Wellness Center
	The Chesley Health and Wellness Center of Illinois College is dedicated to the overall health and well-being of our students. Our services and programs provide culturally sensitive primary medical care, education on healthy lifestyles, disease and injury prevention, management of chronic illness or disability and public health initiatives.   Services:    :: acute physical illness evaluation/treatment     :: acute psychological illness evaluation/treatment    :: well female care    :: reproductive health care (including STD testing/treatment)    :: chronic illness management    :: physical exams    :: selected immunizations    :: laboratory screening    :: blood pressure and glucose screening

	How to Receive Services
	Office Hours Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. for health questions and/or problems, unless otherwise posted.   The Chesley Health and Wellness Center staff are here to help you with any medical concern! However, patients are seen by scheduled appointment only. To make an appointment, please call 217.245.3038. If you need to leave a message, please be sure you clearly state your name, number and some information regarding your reason for calling. If you do not hear back from us in a timely fashion, please make sure to call us back. Location The Chesley Health and Wellness Center is located on the third floor of the Bruner Fitness Center. A family nurse practitioner directs health services in collaboration with a physician. Our nurse practitioner diagnoses and manages acute episodic and chronic illnesses along with emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.   After Hours or Weekend Medical Care If you do not think your symptoms can wait until clinic hours are available, please refer to the After Hours or Weekend Medical Care document.
