Communication is very important to the Illinois College community. Last year, the Student Forum, with special leadership from student leader, Danielle Venegonia, developed a method, which if used, will provide additional opportunities for students and staff to communicate effectively.

This site has been created with information from participating staff at the College so that students know where to go for answers to their questions. In addition, after a student has some interaction with a staff person, they can go into the site and let the staff person know if questions were answered or if there continues to be confusion or frustration.

When the feedback is returned to the staff person, a copy of the communication will also go to that persons supervisor. Feedback can be either positive or negative. The important point is that this type of communication will make both parties (student as well as staff) accountable for information communicated.
