Business Affairs

Illinois College’s Office of Business Affairs consists of the office of the Vice President for Business Affairs and major functional departments responsible for financial management; accounting, budgeting and reporting; facilities maintenance, planning and construction; health and environmental safety; campus and public safety; and human resources and administrative services.
 
The successful achievement of the Office of Business Affairs’ mission is through a partnership with the campus community. In this partnership, the Office of Business Affairs:
 
   :: Provides appropriate centralized business and technology services to the campus community;
 
   :: Assists the executive level of the campus in the management of campus business affairs;
 
   :: Establishes and operate systems and procedures that provide timely processing and reporting
         of business transactions;
 
   :: Establishes, communicates and interprets policies, including guidelines and standards for
         procedures that promote good business practices; and
 
   :: Performs the comptrollership functions for the College’s Board of Trustees.
