The Illinois College Softball Team will be hosting two clinics this February.  The first is a pitching/catching clinic on Sunday, February 7th from 9am-Noon for grades 4-7 and 1-4pm for 8^th-12^th grades.  The second is a hitting clinic on Sunday, February 21^st from 9am-Noon for grades 4-7 and 1-4 for grades 8-12.  The clinics will be held in Bruner Fitness Center.  Cost of the clinics will be $30.00. The pitching/catching clinics will break down the fundamentals of these two positions, discuss the attitude it takes to be successful, and give the athletes drills to do on their own to better themselves. The hitting camps will take you through a series of drills that will also break down the fundamentals of what it takes to be a good hitter.  To sign up for this one-day clinics please contact your local high school coach for a registration form, print off a registration form from IC’s website or stop by Bruner Fitness Center and pick up a registration form.  For any additional information contact Chad Nelson, head softball coach, at 217-245-3339.
