The Registrar’s Office maintains the permanent academic record for each student enrolled at Illinois College — the courses taken, grades received, grade point averages, academic standing, and the classification and evaluation of transfer credit. The office also handles all aspects of registration, as well as withdrawals from courses at the college.
The Registrar's Office verifies the completion of graduation requirements, certifies enrollment for loan agencies and/or insurance companies, certifies good student status for those who qualify for Good Student Discounts on automobile insurance and prepares a variety of reports and/or listings (i.e. Student Directory) for the college community as well as state and federal government agencies.
You may contact the Registrar’s Office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding Holidays) at 217-245-3013 or email us at registrar@ic.edu. Our mail address is 1101 W. College Ave., Jacksonville, IL 62650-2299.
