The ED 603 course will address issues around designing and implementing inquiry-based science teaching. “This is geared toward science teachers and those teachers who teach science as part of their teaching curriculum for K- 12 students,” Todd Oberg, director of the Teacher Preparation Program, said. “Particularly, it is geared toward teachers looking at implementing or learning how to implement the Science and Engineering portion of the Next Generation Science Standards which is the equivalent of the Common Core Standards for math and English.”
