Five full-tuition scholarships will be awarded to students who interview during Trustee Scholarship Weekend. The Trustee Scholarship is renewable for up to eight semesters of study at Illinois College with a cumulative g.p.a. of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale. This scholarship requires the student to reside on campus all 4 years. The Trustee Scholarship replaces any other merit scholarship awarded by Illinois College.
These full-tuition scholarships are made possible by the Donald E. Kolmer Endowed Scholarship Fund as well as other donations from trustees and friends of Illinois College. Dr. Kolmer graduated from Illinois College in 1952 and went on to attend dental school at the University of Illinois. He was a long-time supporter of the college as President of the Alumni Board and a member of Illinois College Board of Trustees.
