Report It

If you have been hazed, have witnessed hazing, or suspect that someone you know has been hazed, you can report your observations confidentially to College officials.

Illinois College’s ability to investigate reports and enforce the college policy depends on the accuracy and specificity of the information provided. You are encouraged to provide as much specific detail as possible so that appropriate action can be taken to address the reported behavior.
 

If the hazing or situation is life threatening or violent, call the Illinois College Campus Security immediately at 217.245.3111.


If it is not an emergency, use the form below to send a confidential report to the Dean of Students office. You have the option to submit a report anonymously, though officials may find it difficult to complete their investigation without knowing the source of the report. We encourage you to include your contact information, but your identity will not be disclosed to the individuals or groups in question and can be kept confidential. All reports will be investigated.
