College Avenue Apartments provides transitional housing opportunities to junior and senior students.
   ::  Houses 34 students in private bedrooms
   :: 12 two-bedroom apartments
   :: 10 single-bedroom apartments 
   ::  Coeducational by individual apartment
   ::  All apartments are air-conditioned

 

1051 W. College Ave. is one of our Campus Theme Houses and houses up to 7 students, and can be co-ed. Students apply to live in the house through the Office of Residential Life and must complete the Campus House specialty housing application by the spring deadline to be considered for the house the following fall semester. Students must have completed two semesters of college coursework after high school to be eligible to live in a campus house. Includes central air, all utilities, as well as Wi-Fi and cable.

Fayerweather House offers rooms for up to 18 female students and is not included in the specialty housing application process. Students apply to live in the house through the Office Of Residential Life during the group sign up sessions. In recent years this house has been a top choice for upperclassmen and transfer students. Includes central air, all utilities, as well as Wi-Fi and cable.
