| Please indicate your first, second and third choice of session. Each session is limited. Day One begins at check-in (2 – 2:45 p.m.) and Day Two will conclude by 12 noon. |

| ** We will also have a special one-day IC Connections program in August geared toward students whose great distance from Jacksonville, Illinois prohibits their attendance during June orientations. Please email your admission counselor or connect@ic.edu if you need to attend in August. |

| Family Participant Information |

| Please note: Due to the length and content of the program, it is not recommended that younger family members attend. |
|
|
|
| Please note: ALL STUDENTS WILL STAY ON CAMPUS OVERNIGHT in Abraham Lincoln Hall. |
|
|
|
| Family members are not required to stay overnight, but a limited number of rooms in Greene Hall are available. |
|
|
|
| If you are attending alone, please note that you may be assigned a roommate. |

| Do you plan to participate in the campus tour being offered at 1 p.m. on Day One of your orientation? |
