Outside Scholarship Deadlines in December 2016

Deadline: 12/1/2016. Any current, full-time student enrolled in an accredited university or college in the United States, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0. There is no age requirement for scholarship applicants and incoming freshmen are encouraged to apply. In order to participate, the student must write a reflective essay between 500 and 750 words about a specific moment that influenced their decision to pursue university-level studies, whether it be an experience, conversation, documentary, or even a societal observation. Deadline:  12/1/2016.  This scholarship encourages incoming and current college students who have a parent who has been convicted of a felony to apply. To participate, the student should write a 500+ essay answering the prompt: "How has being a child of a convicted felon impacted your life and what has your parent’s conviction taught you?" The contest will require the student to create a 500 to 800 word essay on any topic of their choice within the criminal justice system. In order to apply for this scholarship, the student must be a graduating senior in high school or a freshmen, sophomore, or junior who is enrolled in an accredited college or university. To participate, the student must write an essay (1,000 word minimum) explaining their education goals and plans after graduating college. Deadline: 12/15/2016. Currently enrolled college students majoring in pursuits of a law degree are eligible to apply for this scholarship. To apply, students must fill out an application form on the website and include an essay of 1,000 words (maximum) answering the question: "How do you plan on making a difference using your future law degree?". Deadline: 12/19/2016.   In this contest, create an informative video about digital marketing. In your video, showcase your best skills and educate your target audience about some of the things that they might not know about this topic. Indicate what you need the $350 scholarship for. Do you need to pay for tuition, accommodation, or a student loan? Please be specific, as this will be vital in awarding the scholarship. $350

In order to participate in this scholarship the student must visit www.candere.com and familiarize them self with the products that the company specializes in, especially the diamond rings and the diamond engagement rings. The student must then draw a doodle on "what is the next big thing in fashion" or they can also write a well-informed and inspirational essay over a topic of their choosing.
