Employment Contract revised Dec 2012.pdf (86)
All students who work on campus must complete a student work contract for the academic year and a different one for the summer. Timesheets will be distributed after a completed and signed work contract is received in the Student Work Office. Timesheets must be signed by both the student worker and the supervisor and turned in by each designated pay period deadline.

The W4 and I9 forms must be completed and turned into the Office of Career Services before workers are eligible for a paycheck.
