Unofficial transcripts are available for personal use on Connect2. There is no difference in the content of the official and unofficial copies, except that official copies have higher security against tampering. Copies sent directly to you in print, PDF scan via email, or by fax are unofficial because they lack the security paper and seals of official copies. If you need to include your transcript with other materials, we can issue a transcript in a sealed envelope addressed to a specific recipient. Check with your intended recipient to determine their preferred method of delivery.
If you have a business office hold, your transcripts will not be available in any format until your financial obligation is met.
The Illinois College Office of the Registrar now has Secure Transcripts™ from Parchment. It is the secure, electronic way to request and send transcripts. It is easy to use, it is safe and available 24/7, so if you are working on an application in your dorm room, you can request a transcript at any time, day or night! Parchment will deliver your transcripts anywhere they need to go for a small fee depending on the delivery method..
