TCP/IP Printing for Mac OS X

Double Click Macintosh HD
Double Click the applications folder
Double Click the Utilities folder
Double Click the print center Icon
Click add printer
Click ok If you get the window “no apple talk…”
In the first drop down box select LPR printers using ip
In the first box type in the IP address of your halls printer.

Gardner	10.7.2.2	Optra S 1855
New ResHall	10.7.9.2

Make sure to check “use default queue on server” if it is not already
In the printer model drop down box select generic
Click add
